The Mountain Stone I & II~ 1.5 Storey​
The Mountain Stone is available in two different floor plans, either a 26'x34' model with 2 bedrooms in the 2nd floor loft. Or for a slightly more spacious home, the 26'x36' model has 2 bedrooms and a loft area on the upper floor as well as a shed dormer on the back wall to allow for larger bedrooms and more headspace on the 2nd floor. Add an optional balcony or enjoy the warmth of a wood stove or gas fireplace on the main floor living room to add a full measure of cozy to this smaller family home.

The Avalon~ 1344 ft² Bungalow​
The Avalon is a classic ranch style, 3 bedroom bungalow, easily configured for 2 bedrooms if desired. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening sunset on the front porch either screened or an open non-screened porch.

The Isabella is a great choice for your lake cabin or for your four season home in the country. Featuring an open loft area with a log railing overlooking a great room with a high vaulted ceiling. A vaulted ceiling over the living room, dining room and kitchen make for an impressive look when entering the front door. With a footprint of 28'x40' this log home is practical and cost-effective and would look great on any building lot.
